Rehab for the core while sitting for long periods of time. Gentle balance work should be used to engage the anterior muscle groups.
Recommendation: 30 minutes per day, increasing by 30 minutes weekly to a maximum of 5 hours per day.
Muscle tension, tissue adhesions, myofascial remodeling, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, circulation, and improving range of motion are all recommended uses.
