Stability with Osteopathy – A Sit-disc promotes balance by increasing core strength and endurance through gentle postural correction.

Recommendation: 30 minutes per day, increasing by 30 minutes weekly to a maximum of 5 hours per day.

Massage Roller

Muscle tension, tissue adhesions, myofascial remodeling, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, circulation, and improving range of motion are all recommended uses.

Recommendation: 5- 20 minutes per day.
